Is the free plan really unlimited?
Yes. The free tools run on your own device, so they cost us nothing per file. Clean as many files as you like, each up to 30 minutes.
What is Studio?
Studio is an optional cloud mode for the hardest recordings. After the free tool has cleaned your file, press Clean with Studio: a larger model runs on our servers and one Studio minute is used per started minute of audio. Signed-in accounts get 2 free Studio minutes each day they use Studio; free minutes you don't use stay on your account.
Do hour packs expire?
No. Minutes from hour packs don't expire while your account is active. Pro minutes refresh at the start of each billing month. Only the audio you clean is counted, rounded up to the next minute per file.
Can I get a refund?
Unused hour packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.
