These terms govern your use of Clean Audio (clean-audio.app), operated by Code Canyon LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. By using the website you agree to them.
The service
Clean Audio provides tools that remove background noise from audio and video, remove or extract the audio of a video, and enhance voice recordings. The free tools run in your browser and process files on your device. Results depend on the recording; we do not guarantee that every noise can be removed or that the result will suit a particular purpose.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process. You are responsible for having the right to use and modify them, including any music, voices or recordings of other people, and for complying with copyright, privacy and recording-consent laws. Do not use Clean Audio for unlawful purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, reverse engineer or resell the service, bypass usage limits, or access it with automated tools except as we allow.
Accounts and paid plans
Some features may require an account or a paid plan. Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page before you pay. Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe), which acts as the reseller and adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. Keep a copy of your original files. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
