Refund Policy

The browser tools are free, so there is nothing to refund for them.

Hour packs

If you bought a pack of processing hours and have not used any of it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable, except where the service failed to process your files.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used it, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.

How to ask

Email support@clean-audio.app from the address on your account with the order details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Purchases are sold through Link (Stripe), so you can also ask Link support about a payment, and its receipt has a link to it.
