Privacy Policy

Clean Audio (clean-audio.app) is operated by Code Canyon LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we handle when you use the website and its tools.

Your audio and video files

The noise remover, video noise remover, video audio remover and audio enhancer run entirely in your browser. Your files are read, processed and saved on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we cannot see, store or recover them. Closing the tab removes them from the browser's memory.

To do this, your browser downloads our noise model (a WebAssembly file) from our website. The download does not contain or send any information about your files.

Studio (optional cloud cleaning)

If you press "Clean with Studio", the audio track of your file is uploaded to our storage on Cloudflare and processed by our partner fal.ai, which runs the cloud model and returns the cleaned audio. The upload is deleted automatically within one day. We keep only a record of the job (time, length and minutes used) for billing. Studio requires an account.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to count page views and a few product events, such as "a file was cleaned" or "an MP3 was downloaded", with fixed labels like the tool name, file kind (audio or video) and rounded length in minutes. Plausible sets no cookies and does not collect personal data. File names, file contents and IP addresses are not stored in our analytics. You can opt out with your browser's Do Not Track setting.

Accounts

You can use the free tools without an account. If you create one, we store your email address, sign-in method and account settings to provide the service. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.

Payments

Paid plans are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller (merchant of record). Link collects your payment details, billing address and any sales tax or VAT. We receive the order status, amount and the email on the order, but never your full card details.

Hosting and logs

The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Request logs are kept for a few days for security and debugging.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account data at any time by writing to support@clean-audio.app. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Clean Audio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
